It was presented by Dr. Ayman Al-Suwail, Associate Professor and Head of the Special Education Department at the College of Education. The workshop is part of ongoing efforts to raise awareness and build skills in helping students with special needs.

The workshop focused on four main topics:

  1. Using the strengths of students with learning difficulties to improve their academic and behavioral performance.

  2. Using different teaching methods that match various learning styles.

  3. Knowing the right time and way to use helpful strategies to make sure they work well.

  4. Using strategies that are based on research and scientific evidence to improve learning results.

The goal of the workshop was to give teachers and specialists practical, research-based tools to help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all students and increases the success of those with learning difficulties.
