A workshop entitled: Children and Volunteering on the International Children's Day

On the occasion of the International Children’s Day for the year 2021 The Family and Childhood Center at the Social Responsibility Observatory and the College of Education in partnership with the Women’s Committee for Community Development in Riyadh and the Family Affairs Committee in Riyadh conducted on the international children's day a workshop entitled: Children and Volunteering "Values ​​of development start from childhood".

The workshop was presented by Dr. Najlaa Abu Eid, Assistant Professor of Early Childhood, Department of Kindergarten, College of Education. 

The workshop addressed the following topics:

Celebrating the International Children's Day.

Emphasizing the importance of childhood, which is a cornerstone in building society.

Supporting the value of volunteer work and its role in community development.

Urging parents to inculcate the value of volunteering in young people from an early age.

The importance of volunteering as one of the pillars of development.

 Tips on how family can train children to volunteering
