International Human Resources Day is a global day to celebrate the essential role of human resources staff in all organizations worldwide. There is no doubt that human resources staff play an important and essential role in managing the most valuable resources that the organization possesses, that is, people, or in other words, the employees on whom the organization is based and who accomplishes the work through their efforts and spending their time
It is often believed that the role of human resource staff is limited to some social and recreational matters. The real role and effort of human resource staff toward a better future for the organization as a whole is, however, not well-known to many of them. Therefore, a day was devoted to highlighting this working class, introducing its efforts, and appreciating the essential role they play.

International Human Resources Day is celebrated on the twentieth of May 20/5 every year. Organizations celebrate it and seek to improve the skills of staff working in human resources.
There is no doubt that specifying a day to celebrate does not mean neglecting the role of those staff for the rest of the year, but it is considered a day to introduce this group and discuss issues related to their career.
