Extension of the management plan for the summer work and periodic maintenance has overall management of the operation and maintenance works and has worked with several renovations and achievements of the Faculty of Science and Humanities Ghaat the most prominent:

• 1- Paint work from within the college 2,200 square meters and outside the college area of 800 square meters.
• 2-Installation of electricity Divider 400 amp to divide electricity electricity loads with increased cable length of 50 mM and 20 meters in the computer building.
• 3-Change 2 electricity Dividers from 24 line 100 mA to 36 mA line 150 for the distribution of loads.
• 4-Installation of two large Air Conditioners with 3 horse power in the students corridor .
• 5- Installation of two new electricity Dividers 12 lines 100 amp extending Cable 16 ml along 30 meters.
• 6- Remove floor Carpets from the entire office and change the Stairs carpit and maintenance of the entire building and coordination of trees.
• 7- Installing 6 Split Air Conditioners.
• 8-Installing the umbrella of the students in the corridor between buildings 15 square meters.
• 9- Installing the umbrella of the students in the corridor between buildings 15 square meters.
