Parking initiative “Mawqif

As part of its commitment to improving services and optimizing campus facilities, the General Administration of University Security is pleased to announce the implementation of the “Mawqif” initiative, dedicated to serving faculty members across the university.

Under this initiative, two parking areas have been allocated for vehicle storage during faculty leaves:

• Building 1 Parking – University City, Majmaah

• Student Complex Parking – Colleges Campus, Zulfi

The initiative is open to all faculty members at all university locations, provided that vehicles are parked exclusively in the designated areas listed above.

Participants must follow all the conditions outlined in the system before submitting a request. These include:

• Selecting the desired parking duration

• Naming an alternate key recipient

• Clearly displaying the official “Mawqif” parking permit on the vehicle

• Parking only in the assigned location as directed by the security department

Please note: The applicant bears full responsibility for any consequences resulting from parking outside the approved zones.

How to Apply via the “My Services” System:

1. Go to the “Vehicle Permit” section.

2. Select the vehicle permit number you wish to use and click “Details”.

3. Choose the “Vehicle Parking During Leave” option.

4. Fill out the required fields.

5. Submit your request.

6. Visit the General Administration of University Security (based on your work location) to collect your parking permit.
