مهام الوحدة: 

*اقتراح السياسة العامة لاختيار المعيدين والمحاضرين وتوزيعهم على الأقسام والكليات. 

* إبداء الرأي في التوصيات الصادرة من مجالس الكليات بشأن تعيين المعيدين والمحاضرين وفقاً للمعايير الآتية:  

عدد المحاضرين والمعيدين في القسم. 

عدد المبتعثين من القسم، وتخصصاتهم الدقيقة والتواريخ المتوقعة لعودتهم.  

Duties of the Unit:

• Propose general policies for the selection and distribution of teaching assistants and lecturers across departments and colleges.

• Review recommendations issued by college councils regarding the appointment of teaching assistants and lecturers, based on the following criteria:

  • The number of current teaching assistants and lecturers in the department.

To create a well-structured and advanced work environment aimed at accurately and efficiently completing all appointment procedures for teaching assistants and lecturers. It also ensures to recruit qualified scientific and academic talents in accordance with approved regulations and policies.

It reports to the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.

هي وحدة تنظيمية تتبع وكالة الجامعة للدراسات العليا والبحث العلمي. وقد أُنشئت هذه الوحدة انطلاقًا من حرص جامعة المجمعة على استقطاب الكفاءات الأكاديمية من المعيدين والمحاضرين، حيث تقوم هذه الوحدة على تفعيل توجه الجامعة في استقطاب الكفاءات المتميزة. ويتبع هذه الوحدة لجنة دائمة لشؤون المعيدين والمحاضرين، والتي تقوم بتنفيذ جميع الإجراءات الإدارية الخاصة بالوحدة.

It is an organizational unit affiliated with the Vice-Rector's Office for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research. This unit was established to recruit academic talents including teaching assistants and lecturers. The unit plays a key role in implementing the university’s strategy to recruit outstanding competencies. It includes a permanent committee for the affairs of teaching assistants and lecturers, which is responsible for carrying out all administrative procedures related to the unit.
