The Department of Urology aims to deal with the urinary tract both in men and women, particularly surgical interventions and the reproductive system in men. Treatment in this medical field is either pharmacological, such as cases of urinary tract infection, or surgical, such as removing kidney stones and tumors by conventional surgeries or by endoscopy.

Welcome to the website of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Majmaah University. As you are expected to be physicians in the future, you are bound to learn fundamentals and principles of ambulance and resuscitation and how to apply them clinically to save patients life or organs. These skills and medical competencies are deemed essential for the physician personality to be able to deal with critical cases.

The Department of Emergency Medicine is one of the very important majors. This major features providing emergency medical aid for critical cases whose life or any of their organs are at risk. The department of emergency department is the first entry point at any hospital and cases are sorted according to medical priority.

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology (DOG) is one of the clinical departments of the College of Medicine. Founded since the establishment of the College, the department includes two faculty members who undertake teaching tasks for college students and provide medical care at King Khalid Hospital in Majmaah.

Future Vision:

The department’s faculty work to serve many aspects related to the educational process and medical services.
