Organizational Structure 

السياسات والإجراءات:

• مراقبة وضبط الجودة في المكتب ومتابعة جميع الوحدات لضمان تطبيق المعايير والأنظمة والتعليمات المتعلقة بالجودة.

• تحضير التخطيط والمبادرات وتنفيذ التحسينات لتعزيز كفاءة العمليات، وضمان تطوير عمليات المكتب والوحدات التابعة، وتحسين أداء الموظفين لتحقيق أهداف تطبيق نظام إدارة الجودة.

• تأهيل المكتب للحصول على الاعتمادات المحلية والخارجية في مجال الجودة والتميز المؤسسي بالإضافة إلى صيانتها والحفاظ عليها.
