About the System:

In line with the university’s policy to interact with the Kingdom’s vision 2030 by introducing its goals and the programs that serve the vision, MU rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren has directed to develop an interactive system to promote the culture of the vision.

The vision realization office at MU, supported by the General Administration for Administrative and Financial Affairs, PMO, Deanship of IT, the General Administration for Operational and Maintenance and the General Administration for University has developed and promoted this system.

    إن من أولويات وحدة  التعيينات لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والمحاضرين والمعيدين والترقيات العلمية الاهتمام بمتابعة المعاملات ذات الصلة بداية من تقديم الطلب وحتى اعتماده، فالوحدة تقوم بدور التنسيق بين الأقسام العلمية ووكالة الجامعة للدراسات العليا والبحث العلمي فيما يخص التعيينات والترقيات العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس ومن في حكمهم.

One of the priorities of the Appointments Unit for faculty members, lecturers, teaching assistants, and scientific promotions is to follow-up the application process from the submission of the application until its approval.

The unit plays a role of coordinating between the scientific departments and the Vice-Rector’s Office for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research regarding appointments and scientific promotions for faculty members and the like.

الرؤية :

تسعى الوحدة لتقديم خدمات طلابية تكفل للطلبة وجود إجراءات إدارية عادلة لإدارة شؤونهم فيما يكفل حقهم في الخدمات المقدمة لهم , وفي التظلم والنزاعات والاستئناف .

الرسالة :

دعم الطلبة ومساندتهم في جمبع شؤونهم الأكاديمية وغير الأكاديمية داخل الكلية بما يحقق استقرارهم النفسي , وتقديم في مسيرتهم الأكاديمية وذلك فيما يخص قضايا التظلم والبت فيها بما يضمن تحقيق مصلحتهم بأسرع وقت ممكن.

Vision:

The unit seeks to provide student services to ensure that they have fair administrative procedures to manage their affairs in a way that guarantees their right to grievances, disputes and appeals.

Mission:

Supporting students and assisting them in all their academic and non-academic affairs within the college to maintain psychological stability and academic excellence with regard to grievance cases.
