يعتبر قسم الشؤون الطلابية من الأقسام الرئيسية في العمادة، حيث تعمل على تسهيل وتنفيذ جميع الإجراءات الأكاديمية لطلبة الدراسات العليا والتي تتضمن تسجيل المقررات الدراسية وعمليات الحذف والتأجيل والاعتذار ،وكذلك معالجة المشكلات الطلابية وعرضها على الوكيل لحلها واتخاذ القرارات المناسبة لها حسب اللائحة الموحدة للدراسات العليا ولوائحها التنفيذية بجامعة المجمعة .
The Student Affairs Department - one of the main departments in the Deanship - facilitates and implements all academic procedures for postgraduate students which include registration add, defer, and withdraw from courses.
It also addresses student problems and solve them with the assistance of the vice-dean in accordance with the unified regulations for postgraduate studies of Majmaah University.

The Research and Studies Department provides research surveys and opinion polls to determine the requirements of the Saudi labor market, and to propose innovative and high-quality solutions to enhance the efficiency of postgraduate programs.
يهتم هذا القسم بنشر ثقافة الجودة وتقييم مستوى الأداء ،والعمل على جمع البيانات والمعلومات بشكل مستمر عن أنشطة الجودة في العمادة، وإعداد تقارير عن مستويات الأداء ورضا المستفيدين من الأنشطة المختلفة.
This department is responsible of promoting the culture of quality and evaluating the level of work performance. It also collects data and information about the quality activities in the Deanship, and prepares reports about the levels of performance and satisfaction of beneficiaries.
يعتبر قسم البيانات والاحصائيات من الأقسام الحديثة والواعدة بالعمادة حيث توفر الإحصاءات والمعلومات عن كافة الأنشطة الإدارية والمالية والأكاديمية، وكذلك القيام بإعداد الأدلة والتقارير الإحصائية عن كافة أنشطة العمادة التي تخدم متخذي القرار من أجل تخطيط مستقبل ناجح.
The Data and Statistics Department is one of the modern and promising departments in the Deanship. It provides statistics and information of all administrative, financial and academic activities, as well as preparing statistical evidence and reports of all activities of the Deanship that serve decision-makers to plan a successful future.
