Article(40): The scientific council shall have the right to reconsider the republishing of a scientific production of a great scientific value  which has not been previously published by the University, or finished. The scientific council has to assess the value of the remuneration.

مادة (40): يجوز للمجلس العلمي أن يعيد النظر في إعادة نشر إنتاج لم تنشره الجامعة من قبل أو نفد إذا كان ذا قيمة علمية خاصة، ويقدر المجلس العلمي مكافأة مقابل ذلك.

Article(39): After passing a period of five years from the consent of the scientific council le to print the works, the intellectual property rights will be transferred again to the original author and the process of reprinting shall be based on a new agreement with the University.

مادة (39): بعد مضي خمس سنوات من موافقة المجلس العلمي على طباعة الإنتاج ينتقل حق إعادة نشره كاملاً لصاحبه أو لورثته، وتكون إعادة النشر باتفاق خاص مع الجامعة.

مادة (38): تحتفظ الجامعة بحق إعادة نشر مطبوعاتها لفترة خمس سنوات، وإذا أضاف صاحب الإنتاج شيئاً مهماً إلى الطبعة فيقدر المجلس العلمي مكافأة خاصة عما أضاف بعد إجازته من المحكم (الفاحص).

Article (38):The University reserves the rights of republishing its publications for five years ahead . If the author adds an important scientific value to the edition, the scientific council will assess the subsequent remuneration after being evaluated by the evaluator.

Article(37): when reprinting the previously published material by the University, the owners of such material shall be treated as follows:

A-If the reprinted literature  were classified among the scientific projects funded by the University or obtained its intellectual property rights or authored by professors who were ordered by the University to temporarily leaving job in order to fulfill such academic projects , the writers  may not be repaid for  reprinting.
