The Administration strives to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations. It also aims to organize internal communication to be effective. Part of the administration's role is to regulate the job performance management process and to suggest solutions that help in creating a workplace that maintains job loyalty, ensures the employees' safety and follows-up their attendance.
