Documents

Graduation Document: Each graduate receives a document containing the following details written in English and Arabic: date of graduation (Gregorian and Hijri), student’s full name, nationality, civil ID number, college, major, educational or non-educational track (if found), degree, appreciation, honors award (if found), duration of study (for diploma degree only). The document is finally signed and sealed by the Dean of Admission and Registration at the University.

HONORS DEGREES

Honors Degrees: - The First Class Honors Degree is awarded to the student who obtains a cumulative grade point average of (4.75) to (5.00) out of (5.00) or (3.75) to (4.00) out of (4.00) upon graduation. -The Second Class Honors Degree is awarded to the student who obtains a cumulative grade point average of (4.25) to less than (4.75) out of (5.00) or (3.25) to less than (3.75) out of (4.00) upon graduation.

Grades

The cumulative grade of graduate students is calculated according to article (19) of this regulation as follows: 1- Excellent: not less than 4:50 from 5:00 or 3:50 from 4:00 2- Very Good: from 3.75 to 4:50 from 5:00, or from 2:75 to 3:50 from 4:00 3- Good: from 2.75 to 3:75 from 5:00, or from 1:75 to 2:50 from 4:00 4- Pass: from 2:00 to 2:75 from 5:00, or from 1:00 to 1:75 from 4:00 5:00m points is the cumulative Grade System at Majmaah University
