Guidelines for publishing

 

1. Font type in Arabic research should be (Traditional Arabic), size (16) for research text and bold for Titles, margin (14), tables and figures (14),

English research should be (Times New Roman), size (12), margin (10), tables and figures (11). The margins should be shortened as much as possible.

 

القواعد العامة

-يلتزم الباحث بتقديم البحث متقيدا بالضوابط الشرعية، والأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

 2-الالتزام بقواعد البحث العلمي المعتمدة للكتابة والفهرسة.

3-ألا يزيد عدد كلمات البحث عن (12000) كلمة، بما في ذلك قائمة المراجع، والجداول، والأشكال، والصور.

General Rules

- The researcher is committed to submitting the paper in compliance with the Sharia controls and the regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2- Adhere to the approved scientific research rules for writing and indexing.

3- The number of words in the research should not exceed (12,000) words, including the list of references, tables, figures, and images.

Areas of publishing

The journal aims to allow researchers to publish their papers in the fields of Sharia and legal sciences, including:

 

1. Sharia sciences: jurisprudence and its principles, the Qur’an and its sciences, Hadith and its sciences, Aqidah and Dawah, and Islamic culture.

2. Legal sciences including: public law, private law, as well as comparative law.

3. Research papers can be in both Arabic and English.

  1. ترسيخ العقيدة الإسلامية الصافية، وإظهار منهج الوسطية والاعتدال، ودحض أفكار التطرف، والغلو، والتفرق، والتحزب.
  2. تكوين مرجعية علمية في علوم الشريعة والقانون ومستجداتها ونوازلها، وتأصيلها، وتصويرها، والحكم فيها.
  3. نشر البحوث العلمية الرصينة والمتخصصة في العلوم الشرعية والقانونية، والارتقاء بالبحث العلمي الأكاديمي وتطويره.
  4. مناقشة قضايا الفرد والمجتمع، ومعالجة مشكلاته شرعيًا وقانونيًا.
  5. مساهمة المجلة في تحقيق رؤية ورسالة وأهداف الجامعة.

Goals

1. Inculcate the pure Islamic faith, demonstrate the approach of Moderation, and refute the ideas of extremism, fanaticism, division. 

2. Create a scientific reference in the sciences of Sharia and law and their developments.

3. Publish solid scientific research specialized in Sharia and legal sciences, and promote academic scientific research.

4. Address individual and societal issues, and solving their problems legitimately and legally.

5. The Journal's contribution to achieving the vision, mission and goals of the university.

التميز والريادة بالمعارف، والعلوم الشرعية والقانونية، وفي ترسيخ قيمها.

إثراء الساحة العلمية بالبحث العلمي الرصين، ودعم الباحثين في إظهار نتاجهم العلمي؛ ليكون مرجعية علمية في علوم الشريعة والقانون ومستجدات العصر ونوازله.
