The Master of Arts in Curriculum and General Instruction program, offered by the Department of Educational Sciences, is one of the postgraduate programs that grants a master's degree. The program was launched in the academic year 1439–1440 AH with the aim of enabling university graduates to pursue higher education, equipping them with academic and research competencies, and providing them with exposure to modern trends in curriculum and instruction.

نبذة تعريفية عن البرنامج:

يعتبر برنامج ماجستير الآداب في المناهج وطرق التدريس العامة بقسم العلوم التربوية أحد برامج الدراسات العُليا التي تمنح درجة الماجستير، حيث كانت انطلاقة البرنامج عام (1439هـ- 1440هـ) بهدف تمكين الطلبة من حملة الشهادات الجامعية من مواصلة دراستهم العُليا، وتأهليهم علميًا وبحثيًا، وتمكينهم من التعرّف على الاتجاهات الحديثة في المناهج وطرق التدريس، والسعي نحو إضافة دراسات علمية وتطبيقية في تخصص المناهج وطرق التدريس تخدم قضايا التعليم في المملكة، وتطوّر من ممارساته، وتسهم في حل مشكلاته.
