FIRST MEETING OF CUSTOMER CARE CENTER HELD

The Customer Care Center at Majmaah University ‘Tawasul’ conducted an introductory meeting for service coordinators at colleges and dean’s offices. Highlighting the purpose of this meeting, the Adviser and Supervisor of MU Rector’s Office and Supervisor of ‘Tawasul’ Center, Dr. Abdelaziz Al-Rushoud said that this meeting was conducted in response to MU directives who constantly asserts the necessity of responding to all incoming requests, inquires and complaints of beneficiaries. Welcoming all new coordinators, Dr. Al-Rushoud briefed them about the establishment and organizational structure of the Center. The establishment of the center was in line with the Ministry of Education’s pursuit to have a customer care center in all its affiliated sectors run by a group of excellent staff who are capable of making tangible progress in serving the community. The underlying purpose of the center is more far-reaching that it is not just to enhance the services provided to beneficiaries by making the process of communication easier but also to make sure that beneficiaries’ demand are met within very short time.
In response to the directive of the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, Dr. Jawaher Al-Omar, Ms. Haifa Al-Thumairi, Coordinator at the Vice-Rector’s Office, attended the meeting as a representative of the Vice-Rector’s Office.
