First academic advising forum at female campus held virtually by the Vice-Rector’s Office

The first academic advising forum at female campus was held virtually by the Vice-Rector’s Office on Tuesday.

Following an opening speech by the supervisor of Vice-Rector’s Office, Dr. Asma Al-Qateem, the vice-rector, Dr. Jawaher Al-Omar delivered a speech that began by commending the efforts exerted by colleges for academic advising, highlighting the importance of this move in achieving the academic quality outcomes.

The vice-rector for education affairs, Dr. Mohammed Al-Obudi, gave a speech which stressed the importance of academic advising and the necessity of paying attention to performance indicators to ensure the quality of academic advising at colleges.

During the forum, colleges shared their experience and successful practices in academic advising.

Prominent figures attended the forum which ended up by multiple recommendations such as improving academic advising and circulating the successful cases to all colleges.
