Dr. Ahmed al-Rumaih, vice-rector for Graduate Studies & Scientific Research, paid an inspection visit to the Deanship of Scientific Research.
Welcomed by the dean, Dr. Thamer al-Harbi and vice-deans and staff, the vice-rector held a meeting during which he was briefed about the deanship’s last year achievements including the research programs and the advancement of the university in research in comparison with its counterparts.
The dean Dr. al-Harbi also discussed the deanship’s future plans to encourage research through multiple programs provided by the deanship.
By receiving external fund, the dean pointed out, faculty members are motivated to publish their works.
The vice-rector commended the efforts exerted by the staff, demonstrating the will of the Vice-Rector’s Office to offer any kind of support to improve the quality of research at the university to be among the renowned universities worldwide.
