DEANSHIP OF E-LEARNING CONDUCTS A TRAINING PROGRAM WITH SECRETARIAT GENERAL OF THE GULF COOPERATION COUNCIL

Based on an order from MU rector, Dr. Al-Mugren to cooperate with state bodies, the Deanship of e-Learning and Distance Education ( DEDE) has collaborated with the Secretariat General of the Gulf Cooperation Council to conducted a training course on the management of smart phone applications for staff.

The course presented by Mr. Faisal Al-Shemmri was attended by the general secretary of gulf cooperation council, Mr. Abdellatif Al-Zayyani who expressed his appreciation to MU’s efforts in developing the Secretariat’s employees.

Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari, vice-rector and supervisor of DEDE, explained that the Deanship offers developmental training courses for serving the community, and this initiative is in line with the Kingdom Vision 2030.

The training program has received the award of MU rector back in 2014 and was conducted in different places such the National Center for e-Learning, King Khalid University, Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University and the 4th International Conference for e-Learning and distance Education
