His Excellency the director of the university Dr. Khaled bin Saad Al Muqrin described the choice of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud to prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz as the Crown Prince, the first Deputy of the Prime Minister and Minister of interiors as the trustful man and the holder of difficult duties and stable national stances. He referred that the smooth transition of power in this way and time, changing offices without any chaos, replacing names without complexities or conflicts since it passed quietly, amicably, intimately, well-supported, agreeably, and with adhesion of all members of Royal Family. The world watching of the unique allegiance method and citizens arriving in huge numbers trigger admiration and amazement and gains much more respect of all followers. It is national pillar and Saudi approach by which our country is characterized. This is one of Allah graces upon us and one of the secrets of the political stability and firm stances. Beyond such characteristics, there are minds that Allah granted them patriotism, loyalty to their country, obligation to Quran and Sunnah of the prophet, wise speeches and work and being obliged by the approval in consensus and deliberation as the road to achieve the public interest.
The director of the university congratulated HRH Prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz for precious trust praying to Allah to grant him success, help and more progress. Speaking about the brilliant leading personality of Prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz and that he has lot of worth mentioning prides and national situations. The Prince has biography fragrant and blessed course started from his appointment as the deputy of Riyadh Province, then the Prince of Riyadh Province, Deputy of Minister of interiors and Minister of Interiors. His Highness approved a number of stances leaving success, effect and his fingertips on each one. He praised Hajj Supreme Committee which about the difficult and heavy duties. Also, he resided some committees and boards of some authorities and national councils. He adopted the formation of the high authority of Prince Nayef bin Abdul Aziz International Award for Prophetic Sunnah and Contemporary Islamic Studies. It is one of the awards that enriched Islamic arena and prophetic Sunnah sciences with huge numbers of researches, books and activities. That creates an atmosphere for competition in maintaining prophetic Sunnah and its sciences. His Highness crowned his honorable track record of humanitarian missions with general supervising upon humanitarian relief campaigns and committees in the Kingdom. In addition, His Highness is close to citizens, their needs, concerns, requirements, works and problems to solve them. His initiatives, may Allah protect him, pours in citizen interests. He cared about settlement programs through jobs suadization and followed its execution carefully. He deserved to be named the first man of security through what he provided to security sectors, including efforts, generosity, follow up, developing and raising the quality of security men through continual training and instruction. His Highness continued to eliminate crime and protecting society from all threats for its security and stability. His Highness made persistent efforts fighting drugs and its dealers and smugglers.
Some universities are established inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia appreciating his position. Departments, centers and lecture rooms bear his names in different fields such as researches, consulting services, Islamic studies, intellectual security studies, prophetic Sunnah studies, National Unity Studies and protecting from drugs. There are departments for the propagation of virtue and the prevention of vices; developing youth, culture, science and health science researches. Al Muqrin added that Prince Nayef achieved great position and appreciation abroad. His highness obtained the position of Honorary President of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers and the honorary president of some committees, authorities and membership of some other. By a security sense and leading personality, his highness signed some of Arab security agreements in some fields as he worked for achieving the Arab agreement for fighting terrorism, signed by Arab ministers of justice and interiors. His highness made lot of efforts for closing Arab ministers of interiors more for achieving Arab interest and Arab national security. His highness obtained the appreciation of some countries, governments, organizations through granting his highness medals, honorable doctorates and scarves. HRH Nayef bin Abdul Aziz will stay the security, wisdom, and diplomacy man, collection of virtues, moral highness, good logic, superior speech, wisdom in actions, uprightness in dealings, accuracy in analysis with foresight, firmness in making decisions.
