He, may Allah have mercy upon him, was a live example for humility, perfection, tolerance, high manners and smiling. However he had lot of responsibilities and affairs, smile didn't leave his face. He was always seeking good deeds and ways of charities. He loved deeply to draw a big smile on others as he was a good, noble man who had lot of human situations that can not be accounted for since we can't forget that his name was related to generosity and charity. He never acted with an inferiority or meanness for any citizen in all affairs of live, big and small ones. He was a support for needy and a respondent to those who asked him for an kind of help.

For such above mentioned reasoned, he gained love of all people by his great doings and acts and charities. He established an approach for generosity, giving and competition in good deeds and assistance of needy and poor. Institutions included many projects which serves all classes all over the Kingdom and the Arab World since it became a perfect model to be imitated.

He obtained good relations at the Arabic and the global level. Such nature gained him respect and admiration from all those who came in contact with him or even heard about his news. While we tackle the human side of Sultan, we can not neglect the political one as he was a clever and skillful leader who played a prominent role distinguished by wise and dexterousness in the most difficult circumstances that the Province went through and the whole world as well at the political, economical and military scene. He possessed an amazing ability for confronting situations whatever its size or complexity is. There's no wonder about that as he joined the political, military and economical fields since he was young. Accordingly, his record is full of honorable situations all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Arabic, Islamic and even the global level.
