His Excellency, the director of the university received His Excellency, Manager of the Follow-up Administration in the university, Prof. Abdullah bin Fahid Al Saab and the employees of the administration in the meeting hall at his office where Al Saab delivered a speech in which he thanked His Excellency, the director of the university for his reception, support, instructions and permanent follow-up of the administration activities. Then he talked about the nature of the Follow-up Administration work and its privacy which differs from other works and tasks and the characteristics to which the employees should adhere during managing follow-up and which come in conformant with the administration duties and be distinguished by the art of dealing with others together with holding responsibilities of the administration specialties and the situations which the nature of work impose and need special handling. Following that, the manger of the Follow-up Administration provided a report of the monitoring department and the report of the auditing authority which includes works and efforts of the Follow-up Administration through figures and statistics and the achievements and progresses achieved by the administration and the difficulties which it faced in the previous period.
Then, His Excellency, the director of the university thanked the Follow-up Administration for their efforts with the leadership of the administration manager. He expressed that his actions are clear and their efforts are known, considering them as the watching eye which don't allow any default or breach of work which is appreciated by all. He praised the follow-up manger and the efforts he exert in application of systems and regulations according to the perused criteria in the best institutions. He also addressed a number of advices and instructions to him, reminding them to fear Allah in all their dealings and that they should always be close to their direct manager for the contact and loyal characteristics he is distinguished by, in addition their obligations to their authorities and assigned duties without any exceed. They also should prove high manners in dealing with all and to be committed to the sublime ethics, good suspicions for others and to be a model for disciplinary. In addition, measures of judging workers should be fair ones based on productivity in work with a continued follow-up and non-tolerance. His Excellency expressed that he personally follows up works of the administration and that he will gather with them on a periodically bases, praising their works and the achieved progress and he is satisfied with the level of obligation and discipline in all the university facilities, hoping that they may Allah bless them.
After that, Prof. Saud El Mokham has been honored for his contribution in establishing the Follow-up Administration. Then Prof. Abdullah Al Saab, in his name and names of the Follow-up Administration employees, offered memorial shield for His Excellency, the director of the university. Finally, a memorial photo has been picked up.
