Deanship of Students Affairs in Almajmaah University organized a lecture entitled: "Industry of Pioneers of Invention" by Engineer Mohannad Jibreel Abu Dayyah, the executive manager of the First Gulf Campaign of Pioneers of Invention Industry and the head of Asterlab Center in the theatre of University City in the presence of many students. The lecture was presented by Mr. Khaled Ibrahim Alofeisan, Deanship vice Deans for student activities. Then it was followed by a speech given by Dean of Students Affairs Dr. Hamad Abdullah Alghemeizi where he welcomed the Engineer and emphasized that the university and Deanship are so keen to reinforce invention and innovation among students. Then, the Engineer Abu Dayyah started the lecture saying that the world is changing from time to time whether these changes are social, political, economic or technical. After that, he reviewed the importance of invention and the ways of developing it stressing on the point that there must be an organization to adopt and sponsor these innovations and scientific inventions by female and male students. The Engineer Abu Dayyah presented a group of questions that are crucial before entering the world of invention. These questions represent the guidelines of entering world leadership in invention, discussing the process of choosing a product, defining the goals and ideas of a product, how to design these ideas, how to evaluate and protect a product and how to advertise your product. Mr. Abu Dayyah highlighted the steps that lead to invention leadership that usually start with willpower by an inventor. At the end of the lecture, three awards were withdrawn. It is worth-noting that Deanship provided the inventor briefcase for all present students that contain a book and a CD in order to reinforce the culture of invention. Deanship of Students Affairs, Dr. Alghemeizi mentioned that such scientific lectures reinforce positive aspects and attitudes in female and male university students, and these lectures are part of Deanship's programs that are sponsored and supported by his Excellency University Rector Dr. Khaled Saad Almuqrin.
