MEMO SIGNED WITH MINISTRY OF EDUCATION

Dr. Ahmed Al-Isa Minister of Education, signed a memo of understanding with Majmaah University (MU) to benefit from the university service of weather forecast department and digital unit, during the celebration of world civil defense day (2017) under the slogan (hand in hand against risk). The event was also attended by Mr. Sulaiman A. Al-Amro general director of civil defense, and a number of university rectors and prominent figures. The university’s pavilion was visited by the minister Dr. Al-Isa who was welcomed by MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren and Link System (Rabit) was launched. (Rabit)  is a system designed to ensure that educational and security sectors located within the university geographical domain are connected. This is likely to help in predicting the status of weather and suspend study if necessary.MU Rector Dr. Al-Mugren extended his appreciation to the minister for his trust in the university’s systems which achieved great success.
