THE DEANSHIP OF COMMUNITY SERVICE AND CONTINUING EDUCATION ORGANIZED A WORKSHOP FOR EXECUTIVE SUPERVISORS OF DIPLOMA PROGRAMS

In its efforts to regulate the procedures relating to the implementation of educational programs in the light of the existing laws and regulations, the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education organized a workshop for executive supervisors of educational programs at the Majmaah academic city headquarters  on Tuesday 04/24/1434 AH. The workshop aimed to prepare a special list of diplomas programs implemented by the Deanship, and how to handle cases of failure in one or more courses, as well as cases of school dropouts and other situations that require actions in accordance with the university examination regulations.  

  Supported by the deanship team, the Vice Dean of the Community Service and Continuing Education Deanship Dr. Adel ben Ayedh Elmeghthewi opened this workshop which showed a great deal of interaction between executive supervisors. It was concluded by issuing recommendations relating to amending the proposed program. Dr. Mohammed Abdul Qader Ennemer, Head of Training deanship, was charged with procedures adjustments and to communicate with all executive supervisors to finalize the list to be presented later to the Deanship Council's agenda for approval  before it is submitted to the University Council. At the end of this workshop the participants sent their gratitude to His Excellency the Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Muqrin, and HE the Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education Dr Omar BinMseed Achariofi for their support and care for Distance Learning Programs aiming to achieve a remarkable success which should impact positively  the level of performance.
