DEANSHIP OF COMMUNITY SERVICE AND CONTINUING EDUCATION HOLDS A CONSULTATIVE MEETING ON THE FIRST MEETING OF THE DISTINCTIVE EXPERIENCES OF SAUDI CHARITIES

An extension to achieve the standards of quality in its programs and build bridges of cooperation between the Deanship and the local community institutions, a consultative meeting was held, in the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education , for general assessment of the first meeting of the distinctive experiences of Saudi charities on 11/02/1434 at Majmaah University with the presence of the Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education, Dr. Omar Al Sharyoufi.  A number of representatives of charities in the region attended the meeting. At the ending of the meeting,  a number of recommendations were agreed on such as establishing  executive and scientific board; formed of managers of  charities and officials of Deanship and the involvement of specialists in  membership of  jury. Also a recommendation was made  to focus on social networking websites to invite the largest number of people who are  interested in this area, as well as a call for  next consultative session to discuss the sustainable partnership between the university and the charities.  Dean of Community Service was delighted, to convene this meeting,  and optimist of the outstanding recommendations that came out, alluding to the importance of building bridges of communication and cooperation between the university and the charities to serve the interests of the homeland and the citizen, raising his thanks to his Excellency the Rector for his unstinting support of the activities and programs of the deanship.
