ADVISORY COUNCIL FOR THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE HELD ITS FIRST MEETING

 

 The Advisory Council for the Community College recently held  its first meeting at the College Conference Hall. The meeting  began with His Excellency Secretary of the Board Dr. Abdul ibn Ahmed   Eddahech welcoming and thanking  honorable Council members, led by His Excellency Director of Education, Mr. Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah Al Missned and the engineer Badr bin Nasser elHamdan mayor of the Majmaa province,  Mr. Abdullah Aljawan Secretary General of the Majmaa Chamber of Commerce and Industry,  Mr. Suleiman al-Dakhil Vice President of Memorizing the Koran Association,   Mr. Ibrahim Tuwaijri Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance in elMajmaa,  Major Khalid bin Abdullah Abanumay candidate Director of the Majmaa Civil Defense Administration.

The Advisory Council Secretary explained  at the beginning of the meeting that the selection of the  College Advisory Board  began with self-nomination from the  college before the final approval of His Excellency the Rector , and this took place with the cooperation of the Deanship of Quality and Skills Development. The Council meeting discussed the following agenda:

 

 

- The selection of the  Council President.
- Academic Programs for the Community College and the facilities available.
-   Developing the Community College between hope and reality.
Finally,  Professor Ibrahim bin Hamad Al-Tuwaijri Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance was elected  the Majmaa Board Chairman. The Board recommended exploring  new disciplines that can meet the needs of the labor market, and reporting  to the Rector to adopt  the minutes of the first meeting.
