MU RECTOR PATRONAGE OF ACADEMIC ACCREDITATION PROJECT LAUNCH

The Rector of MU Dr. Khalid Al-Mugren patronized the launch ceremony of the academic accreditation study project held by the Deanship of Quality and Skills Development. The ceremony was attended by vice-rectors, deans and directors of administrations. Among the prominent figures who attended the ceremony was the General Secretary of National Commission for Assessment and Academic Accreditation, Prof. Abdullah Al-Muslim.

 

A documentary film was shown about all the initiatives made to conduct this self-study as well as the prizes and accreditations received by the university.

 

The Dean of QSD Dr. Khalid Al-Jarallah delivered a speech where he explained the objectives and stages of the study as well as the major recommendations and achievements. Dr. Al-Jarllah concluded his speech by extending thanks to National Commission for Assessment and Academic Accreditation for its vital role in supporting the project.

 

The General Secretary, Prof. Al-Muslim delivered a speech on the role and requirements of the Commission which is primarily concerned with the quality of education and academic performance.

 

Addressing the audience, MU Rector Dr. Al-Mugren delivered a speech where he valued the indispensable role play by the Commission in enhancing the quality of education at the university. In reference to the major achievements, Dr. Al-Mugren attributed them to the university employees, who described them as the source of inspiration and success for the university.
