الخطوة الثالثة : تحديد الدول وتكوين فرق العمل الخاصة
بناء على القراءة الفاحصة لبرنامج خادم الحرمين الشريفين يمكن تحديد عدد من الدول المرشحة للاستقطاب وذلك بناء على عدد من المعايير منها :
· تميز النظام التعليمي في هذه الدول
· كثافة عدد الطلاب الدارسين فيها
· وجود التخصصات العلمية التي تحتاجها الجامعة في هذه الدول
وبناء على المعايير السابقة فقد تم ترشيح الدول التالية لبرنامج الاستقطاب :
الخطوة الثانية : دراسة الحوافز المشجعة على استقطاب الفئة المستهدفة
الفئة المستهدفة للبرنامج هم الطلبة المتميزين في الجامعات في عدد من دول العالم ، ولذلك فلابد من دراسة عدد من المحفزات التي تشجع هذه الفئة في الانضمام لجامعة ناشئة وفي ظل تنافس كبير من جامعات أخرى، ومن هذا المنطلق فقد تم عقد ورشة عمل خاصة لعمداء الكليات ومسئولي الجامعة بقيادة معالي مدير الجامعة لمناقشة المحفزات التي ستقدمها الجامعة لجذب هذه الفئة واستقطابهم لجامعة المجمعة، وقدتم تداول عدد من المحفزات هي :
· التوظيف المباشر لهم في كافة مراحلهم الدراسية .
- To recruit outstanding graduates from scientific fields which are highly required by the university.- To introduce the scientific status of the university as well as its role and academic and research activities.- To recruit graduates from various countries whose experience and background differ from each other and will be a valuable asset to the university.- To maximize the benefit of the human resources in King Abdullah Scholarship Program in the cost effective way.- To establish a relationship between the university and top ranking universities via the students under the scholarship.-
