The General Administration of Services aims to achieve several key objectives, the most important of which is ensuring the smooth operation of the educational process. It also supports the university’s departments, units, and colleges in fulfilling their responsibilities in serving the university members and the community.

The Administration’s structure includes several organized administrative units, along with many active technical units, committees, and specialized programs.

Administrative and financial affairs at Majmaah University was founded in 1430 and has developed since then. The Administration is the backbone of the university and its main duty is to manage the university's business that is related to administrative and financial issues using state-of-the-art methods.

تعمل الإدارة العامة للخدمات على تحقيق عدد من الأهداف من أهمها ضمان سير العملية التعليمية على أكمل وجه، وكذلك مساعدة إدارات ووحدات الجامعة وكلياتها على تأدية واجبها تجاه منسوبي الجامعة من الطلبة، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، والموظفين، والمستفيدين، والمحيط المجتمعي للجامعة.
وتضم الإدارة في هيكلتها الداخلية عدداً من الوحدات الإدارية المنظمة للعمل، والعديد من الوحدات الفنية الفاعلة واللجان النشطة والبرامج النوعية.

The Media Center (MCI) at Majmaah University is responsible for bridging the communication gap between the university, community institutions, and various media outlets. It acts professionally in managing the university’s media content to create a positive mental image both locally and globally.

المركز الإعلامي لجامعة المجمعة هو الجهة المسؤولة عن تحقيق التواصل بين الجامعة ومؤسسات المجتمع ووسائل الإعلام المختلفة بما يرسم الصورة الذهنية الإيجابية للجامعة لدى أفراد المجتمع والمؤسسات على المستويين الوطني والدولي ، وذلك بطريقة احترافية ومن خلال كوادر مؤهلة في مجال الإنتاج الإعلامي ، وقياس الرأي العام ، وإدارة منصات التواصل بما يخدم أهداف ورؤية ورسالة الجامعة ، ويتم ذلك من خلال إدارة المركز لعمليات الإنتاج الإعلامي بالجامعة ، وإبراز جهود الجامعة وتعريف المجتمع بها ، كما يضطلع المركز بمهام تنظيم وتنفيذ وإنتاج الوسائط الإعلامية التوثيقية بمختلف أنواعها ، وإدارة مختلف القنوات الإعلامية ، وا

بدأت الشؤون الإدارية و المالية في جامعة المجمعة منذ نشأة الجامعة عام  ١٤٣٠ ، وتطورت مع تطور الجامعة ، وتشكل إدارة الشؤون الإدارية و المالية العمود الفقري للجامعة ، وتتمثل المهمة الرئيسية للشؤون الإدارية و المالية في إدارة الأعمال ذات الطابع الإداري و المالي في الجامعة وتبدي اهتماما خاصا بجوانب التطوير بكافة المستويات سواء كوادر بشرية أو تقنية و السعي لتطور هذه الأعمال من خلال استخدام أحدث الأساليب.

It is concerned with enhancing the university’s performance and improving its organizational environment by developing and refining its procedural systems and organizational structures. It also supports innovative and creative initiatives in the fields of administrative development and improvement across all university units.

Oversee university facilities and ensure their operational efficiency.

Allocate buildings and land for university departments.

Monitor and improve services for visitors of academic and administrative buildings.

Track the completion of on-site logistical service centers.

Coordinate with university units to provide all building services, report issues, and follow up until they are solved.

Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to finalize procedures related to university facilities and land.

- Following up on rental contracts for housing units.

Majmaah University Astronomical Observatory in Hawtat Sudair is one of the important astronomical observatories locally and regionally due its achievements in sighting the crescent, an act on the basis of which worship such as fasting and Hajj are linked. The observatory also monitors astronomical events and has scientific contributions including: conferences, courses, astronomical seminars, scientific publications, calendars, and scientific calculations of the lunar months. The Observatory undertakes administrative, technical, and field work using technology.
