Procedures of setting up a seminar, course or workshop in the CMEU: 1. The department should be specialized in the field of the conducted program 2. Download the form from the university website and fill it out 3. Print the request and have it approved by the department conducting the program 4. The program description will be evaluated by two academic experts in the field 5. Attach the program presenters’ CV 6. Submit the program description and approved request to the CMEU two months before the program 7.
First: Internal Working Mechanism: 1. Communicate with all MU medical departments in Saudi Arabia to identify their needs and objectives of seminars, courses and other activities. 2. List all these needs and objectives and set up a plan for implement them. 3. Collaborate with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as well as local and global medical societies to make a schedule for the needs of medical departments and the objectives of the Deanship of Community Service and Continuous Education. 4.
1. Provide organizational support and facilitates the accreditation of educational activities in relation to continuous medical education 2. Organize seminars, workshops, courses and other activities 3. Collaborate with local and international scientific societies to set up medical activities at MU. 4. Contribute in developing the skills of faculty members, medical staff and students at the medical colleges of MU 5. Follow-up medical activities held for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students 6. Assist and supervise medical activities at MU 7.
