In preparation for the new academic year and out of belief in the need to strengthen the role of academic advising in the orientation of the student and to make sure that the students follow up their academic plans and to update their academic advising files, and to provide assistance to the student in the event of difficulty to add or drop some courses, the Academic Advising Unit organized an advising day for students from level 3 up to level 9 in order to work on solving the problems related to the studies load, inability to add or drop courses either from previous or advanced levels.

The college vice deanship for educational affairs assisted by department heads and academic advisors followed up the process, which took place in the college main hall. Academic advising sessions were held for each student and forms were filled to facilitate academic follow up.

On the other hand, some students were directed to responsible external colleges (college of Education, College of Business Management, Community College) to solve problems related to adding the courses they offer and whose sections reached maximum number by enrolling them in alternative sections.
