Tasks of the Adviser and the General Supervisor of the Rector's Office

- General supervision of the office ongoing work and all its associated units administratively and technically.
- Follow-up receiving all incoming transactions to the office, organize and instruct them to be displayed on his Excellency the Rector.
- Guidance on transactions that do not need to be displayed on his Excellency  the Rector, to be transmitted  to the concerned parties.

- Sort transactions and review them after being examined by his Excellency the Rector and make sure of his examination, guidance and follow-up to be transmitted to the concerned party.
- Distribute duties on the associated staff units according to their specialties.
- Follow-up the duties of the associated units and make sure of the job quality and its well continuation.

- Develop the abilities and skills of the employees in the associated units by nominating them for training courses to improve their performance and efficiency at work.
- Approve  performance evaluation of  the office staff and the associated units.
- Carrying out any tasks assigned by his Excellency the Rector.
