The Kingdom and all of its geographical areas celebrated the commencing of the Gulf Traffic United Week 2013, on Sunday, entitled “Your Safety, first”. It focused on the importance of Traffic regulations and rules. It warned against dangerous traffic accidents, speeding, the effects of not adhering to traffic lights and signs. Further, a number of informative and guiding seminars were delivered, as well as exhibitions were set up.
The Dentistry College participated actively in this important event that was established in the Secondary Technical Industrial Academy at Zulfi, with the presence of the governed of Zulfi district, Fayhan Lubadah, and Traffic Police Director in Zulfie, Colonel Zaid Mohammad al-Sodairie.
The college’s representative, Mr Walid Othman al-Badr, receives the memorable plaque on behalf the Dean of the College for this event.
