In the presence of the Vice Rector for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Ahmed Al-Rumaih, MU, represented by the Saudi Scientific Society for Medical Sensitivity (SSSMS), signed a memorandum of cooperation with the 1st Arabia Trade Shows & Conferences, achieve maximum benefit of both sides in terms of scientific seminars and conferences.

The agreement was by Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Kathiri, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SSSMS, and Mr. Abdullah Al-Awairdi, Adviser for Corporate Communication.

The agreement's terms featured a joint cooperation between the two sides to achieve the goals of the agreement.

Dr. Al-Kathiri, expressed his thanks to MU rector, Prof. Al-Mizil and the Vice-Rector, Prof. Ahmed Al-Rumaih, for their support to sign this agreement which is likely to serve the local community and achieve the Kingdom's vision 2030.

The Applied College has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with two companies: El-faleh Sports House Company and Al-Sulaiman Real Estate Company. This MoU aims to exchange practical and academic experiences between the two sides.

Strategic partnerships, agreements, and MoU between educational institutions and various public and private sectors play effective role in supplying the labor market with national competencies and to saudaize a large segment of jobs. It also enhances the role of community partnership and constructive integration among the state institutions, which is a top priority of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 to improve human resources, citizen efficiency, and skills.

The MoU aims to achieve several goals, including providing training and consulting experiences to students to develop their knowledge and skills, qualifying college students in the best specialized institutions, providing job opportunities for graduate students and exchanging diverse experiences with private sectors.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Shadi Al-Shuwaier, the CEO of the Applied College at MU, and Mr. Mohammed Al-Atallah, the director of human resources at El-Faleh Sports House Company Al-Faleh, and Mr. Khaled bin Mutlaq, the director of human resources at Al-Sulaiman Real Estate Company.

MU signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA) to enhance cooperation between the two sides in the field of data and artificial intelligence and as well as smart and secure digital products.

The MoU was signed by MU rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mizil, and the Deputy Director of the National Information Center, Dr. Meshari Al-Meshari.

This MoU comes in line with the university's endeavor to enhance cooperation with various government sectors via providing a smart and secure digital environment, and launching many joint initiatives that contribute to the development of human cadres in the field of data and artificial intelligence. This will contribute to having a generation of national competencies capable of building an economy, an act that is likely to make the Kingdom among the developed countries by achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Two of MU's departments: Dep. of Electrical Engineering and Dep. of Civil & Environmental Engineering, have obtained the full accreditation certificate for the after fulfilling all the national and international academic requirements and standards for teaching in the program. The accreditation is valid until 

Deemed as the highest academic accreditation in the Kingdom, the certificate was granted by the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation. 

This accreditation plays a significant role in enhancing the quality of the educational programs and reflects the university's efforts in developing academic programs that align with the vision of the Kingdom 2030.

Majmaah University (MU) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the embassy of the Republic of Indonesia to offer trainings on how to teach the Indonesian language. The signing ceremony was attended by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Dr. Abdulaziz Ahmed, and the Educational and Cultural Attaché at the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Riyadh, Dr. Badr Al-Saleh. The MoU was signed by MU rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mizil, and the Ambassador Dr. Abdulaziz Ahmed.

The MoU signed with the embassy of the Republic of Indonesia comes in light of the agreement previously signed by the Minister of Education of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Minister of Education of Indonesia during the historic visit of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to the Republic of Indonesia. The MoU aims to train international Indonesian students at the university to be qualified in teaching the community the Indonesian language. The students will be internationally certified in training by the SEAMEO Regional Language Centre.

Prior the signing, the Ambassador also met with MU rector in his office to discuss several topics related to the MoU.

The Ambassador was escorted in a tour to the university's facilities including the Astronomical Observatory, where he was briefed about the equipment and achievements in moon sighting. The visit also included discussions on joint research projects on astronomy and related religious matters.

At the end of the visit, the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia attended the university's graduation ceremony for the 14th batch  under the patronage of Riyadh Governor Prince Faisal bin Abdulaziz.

It is worth mentioning that this cooperation is the first of its kind between the Indonesian embassy and Saudi universities.

This accreditation proves the excellence and quality of educational programs  offered by the university in line with the goals of the Kingdom's vision 2030. 

The National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation is one of the centers affiliated with the Education and Training Evaluation Commission which aims to enhance the quality and excellence in higher education institutions and their programs through the processes of evaluation and academic accreditation.

His Excellency the Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations in Geneva, Ambassador Dr. Abdulaziz bin Muhammad Al-Wasil, received in his office a delegation of Majmaah University headed by His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Mizil, and the delegation participating by the university, and during the meeting, they reviewed the university's efforts and areas of cooperation with the United Nations, which reflect the Kingdom's international efforts and interaction with the international community.

During the meeting, Ambassador Dr. Al-Wasil praised the great efforts made by the university, especially with regard to highlighting the Kingdom's efforts and the great strides it has made in implementing the sustainable development goals for 2030.

During the meeting, an agreement was signed to hold training, research and advisory services with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) in Geneva, in order to enhance cooperation in areas of common interest in training, development and research, and to enhance joint work in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

The agreement aims to establish the CEFAL Center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the center will be represented from its headquarters in the Kingdom by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), and will contribute to the advancement of the United Nations Agenda 2030, and the center will also specialize in supporting sustainable development.

The CEFAL Center in Saudi Arabia joins the twenty-four centers in the CEFAL Global Network, whose mission is to strengthen the capacity of government officials and civil society leaders, enabling them to advance sustainable development.

The network consists of international training centers for bodies and leaders across Asia, Oceania, Africa, Europe, the Americas and the Caribbean, providing innovative learning solutions for individuals, organizations, and institutions to enhance global decision-making and support action at the national level to shape a better future.

The Executive Director of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, Mr. Seth, explained that the service contract agreement with the university will work to develop joint work to support the implementation of the Institute's strategy, implement various capacity-building activities in the fields of cybersecurity and youth empowerment, and promote joint work to achieve the goals of the United Nations and other activities related to sustainable development, and the development of human capital.

He added that the center worked in cooperation with the concerned colleges to provide training courses that qualify for obtaining professional and professional certificates required for the labor market, indicating in this context that the center is working to launch more than twenty qualifying programs to obtain professional certificates in the field of management, finance, accounting, security and safety, information technology, construction quality, and engineering certificates, adding that the center, in line with the directions of His Highness the Crown Prince's program for human capacity development, has launched A number of initiatives, including the initiative (Towards a distinguished career future), which aims to raise the awareness of new and current students of the variables of the labor market, and the need to adopt a CV since the first academic year, in addition to the launch of the Majmaah University Alumni Association and an affiliation card to build a bridge of communication with graduates and the continuous and permanent relationship between graduates and the university.

Then His Excellency Major General Saad Al-Khlaiwi, Assistant Director of Public Security, spoke about the importance of partnership with the university as a leading scientific entity in the Kingdom, and thanked all employees of Majmaah University, headed by His Excellency the President of the University, for the good hospitality, and for the great cooperation he found from His Excellency the Dean of Community Service and Continuing Education, Dr. Omar Al-Sharifi, and its Vice President, His Excellency Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Qumaizi, and praised the sincere desire of the Deanship to sign this agreement, which is in the public interest. Within the framework of the university's efforts to integrate with institutions and service sectors in the country, and in an effort to work on creating the infrastructure in various fields of the university, and in line with the directives of His Excellency the President of the University aimed at building a network of integrated services for all university projects by building partnerships with the authorities related to these services, these partnerships are represented in the agreements signed by the university with it, Believing in keeping pace with the tremendous and rapid development in the field of communications and information technology, and the required infrastructure of communications compatible with current and future services, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) and the university, represented by the University Agency, in order to provide communications services from the fiber optic network as well as mobile services, and His Excellency the Vice President of the University, Dr. Muslim bin Muhammad Al-Dosari, kindly signed the agreement in the university's protocol hall. The telecommunications company was also represented in this signing by the Director General of Indirect Sales, Suad, Eng. Munif bin Darwish, in a simplified ceremony attended by Their Excellencies the University Deans, General Directors and Directors of Departments, and in the presence of a delegation from the telecommunications company represented by the Director of Indirect Sales Department, Eng.
