The Vice-Rector's Office for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research seeks to become a leading educational institution locally and internationally in creating an attractive and stimulating environment for scientific research, innovation, knowledge exchange, and graduate studies. It also strives to improve the university’s international ranking to provide the best educational and research outcomes as well as advance the sustainable development progress which is based on knowledge economies.
The Vice-Rector's Office is also concerned with facilitating the procedures science communication for its employees, and supporting the university’s plan for scholarships, training, and digital transformation to achieve the university strategic goals.
The Vice-Rector's Office is indebted to the support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Crown Prince and to the directives of H.E. the Minister of Education, and MU's rector which is manifested in the annual fund programs for scientific research, scientific conferences, scholarships and training in institutions.
The Vice-Rector's Office is also delighted to set up the institutional funding program and the Research and Innovation Development Authority to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
