In preparation for the new academic year in line with the plan approved by the college Dean Dr. Bandar Bin Abdulaziz AL Yahia, the latter held a meeting with the faculty members of the college. The dean welcomed everybody and congratulated them on the new academic year. He wished them a good start that materializes cooperation and amiability to achieve the set targets. The dean extended his thanks to the leaders of the university for the continuous support and follow up the college receives from the University Rector and the swift answer to all college requirements. He also thanked his colleagues, the college vice deans, department heads and the faculty members for the efforts they made in the previous academic year and which won the college performance the praise of the university leaders and was manifested in the achievements made under the spirit of the one team. The dean pointed to the importance of the role of the faculty member who imparts his scientific experience in the best of manners to ensure the achievement of the mission he has to fulfill. In this respect he insisted on the importance of cooperation between all faculty members while each performing his duty each according to the tasks they have been assigned. The dean stressed the need for faculty to set an academic environment to receive students and provide educational services which train them to be active members in society and urged faculty to direct students for positive behavior. The floor was then given to the college vice dean for academic affairs , the college vice dean for quality and development, the Business administration department and the Islamic Studies department who each focused on the most important aspects according to their specialty. The floor was then opened for discussions and inquiries of faculty. The inquiries were answered and the dean announced the holding of a meeting with students in the coming period. By the end of the meeting, the dean thanked the vice deans , department heads and faculty and praised the achievements they made urging them to keep up with hard work to maintain the college excellence.
