1-The translator has to submit a request for translating a scientific or cultural or reference book to the manager of Publishing and Translation Center to make sure of its importance and validity , with filling in a form.
2-In case of giving consent, the translator has be noticed of the preliminary consent. The center will correspond the publisher to obtain the publishing permission, a recent edition of the translated book and original copy from the illustrations and the drawing in the book.
3-When the publisher sends his preliminary permission for translating the book project, an agreement shall be entered by and between the center and translation which defines the time limit for translation and the necessary regulations which have to be considered while translating.
4-The Publishing and Translation center has to enter into the agreement with the publisher of the original book.
5- The translator is committed to translate the whole content of the book, including the introduction, the illustrations explanation and indexes. The illustrations have to be saved in the form Tiff or in the form of Photoshop. In addition, the translator should provide his own introduction to the book.
6-The translator has to submit three copies of the translated books and three copies of the original book and CD copy.
7-The board of directors has to form a committee to evaluate the translated book, which is composed of three members.
8-The board of directors have to form evaluation committee concerned with critically investigating the validity of the translation book and the necessary modifications , with filling a form.
9 -If there any modifications, they will be sent to the translator for making them or providing his justifications.
10-The modified book has to submitted to the board of directors of Publishing and Translation Center to review the modifications and to give its consent for its publications, with the possibility to resort to a specialist.
11-The book project, and electronic copy and a copy from the contract letter with the publisher have to be referred to the scientific council. The publishing committee has suggest the number of copies and asses the remuneration given to the translator, editor and proofreader.
12-The scientific council has to refer the project book to the Publishing and Translation Center to complete the publication steps.
13- The remuneration proposed by the scientific council shall be paid after fully completing the necessary steps of the printing process of the book. Subsequently , it will address the Publishing and Translation Center for paying such remuneration to the translator .
