Decisions of the Board

  • The decisions of the board are made according to the majority of the votes of attending members. If votes are equal, the chairman votes for one side and that will make it outweigh the other side. These decisions are executable unless they are objected to by the president within fifteen days from the date he receives them. If he does so, he sends them back to the Scientific Board, endorsed with his point of view. In case the board holds its grounds, the decisions objected to are, then, directed to the University Board and are looked into during a regular or exceptional session. The University Board may certify, amend or cancel these decisions, and its decision is final.
