The University Council is the supreme authority for the university affairs and has the right to set the policy to be followed. It is also in charge of managing the university scientific and administrative affairs, implementing the general policy and taking whatever decisions it deems appropriate to achieve the purpose for which the university was established.
The University Management Council Secretariat is the executive management that helps the Secretary of the University Council to carry out his duties, as it examines and prepares all the topics to be presented to the University Council. It also sets the conducive environment to address the university matters.
The University Management Council Secretariat gives the Rector support in decision-making processes and is a forum where future matters and University-wide strategies are discussed.
