Emergence of the Legal Department
For the importance of functioning the administrative and academic procedures in accordance with statutory and legal procedures, and for the essential role of this in the success and in achieving the aspirations of the university, H.E. the Rector issued the decision No. (10) Dated 1/7/1430H, to establish the Legal Department.
Introduction to the Legal Department
Legal Department: is the party responsible for giving opinion and advice to all the university entities and departments regarding correct application of the rules, regulations and instructions. The legal department consists of a number of specialists in the field of legal studies and regulations in order to complete work within the rules and regulations and instructions as well as to formulize opinions within the limits of those rules and regulations. The department includes also a selected team of staff and administrators to perform administrative, secretarial and copying works headed by the Director of the Legal Department.
