Mechanisms
1. Periodic workshops introduce the university National Science, Technology and Innovation Plan .
2. Continuous communication with researchers through the university mission and the program's website and e-mail and SMS.
3. A scientific committee to evaluate research proposals, and quality assurance and compliance with the priorities of the various research programs.
4. Finance committee to follow up the payment of financial dues in accordance with the approved budget for each project.
Objectives
1. Technology transfer and Settlement.
2. Raising the University contributions, quantitatively and ensured consistency with the priorities and objectives of the National Science Technology and Innovation Plan .
3. Ensure the quality of the contributions of the University.
4. Expand the circle of scientific production research.
5. Building up the infrastructure for scientific research within the University.

المصادقة على المنشورات و العروض
أعضاء هيئة التدريس مسؤولون على الحصول على الأذون اللازمة لمنشوراتهم. حال جهوز المقال للتقديم ينبغي على الكاتب المعني أن يعمر النموذج الموجود على موقع الجامعة و يقدمه مع مؤشر التشابه من تورنت إن إلى مكتب العميد.
كل المقالات العلمية تقدم إلى عميد كلية علوم الحاسب و المعلومات في جامعة المجمعة لبدء إجراءات التسجيل و الموافقة في حال كانت هذه المقالات نتيجة لعمل سبق و أن نفذ في إطار الإنتماء لكلية علوم الحاسب و المعلومات في جامعة المجمعة.
Publication Policies and Procedures
Faculty members are responsible to obtain a permission to publish their research. When the research is ready for publication, he/she is required to fill up a form (available at the university website) and submit it along with a Turnitin similarity report to the dean office.
All research should be submitted to the dean of CCSI at MU to begin the process of registration and approval whether these works are old or were carried out while the faculty member is working at CCSI.
