It includes the following administrative units:
1. Staff/Faculty members affairs unit; which is responsible for the following tasks:
1) Taking care of staff/faculty members affairs and those who are in their rule, and following up their administrative issues with the specialized authorities
2) Coordinating with the deanship of faculty members affairs about all the recruitment related matters.
3) Coordinating the procedures of providing regular and compelling vacations for faculty members, lecturers and teaching assistants
2.Personnel affairs unit; which is responsible for the following tasks:
1) Oversees the personnel affairs in the college
2) Following the personnel’s administrative affairs with the authorized bodies
3) Following the personnel’s performance and observance of their commitment to the official work hours and raising their vacations and back to work requests
3. Fanatical affairs unit: responsible for the following tasks; which is responsible for the following tasks:
1) The general observation of the financial affairs in the college
2) The supervision on the accounting unit and preparation of the financial plans
3) Following up the advance payments of the college and staff and their paying back
4) The supervision on receiving the college staff dues from the financial administration and their distribution
4. Store and Custody Unit; which is responsible for the following tasks:
1) The general supervision of the warehouse and different kinds of consumables and custodies
2) Distributing and receiving different kinds of custodies, accessories and consumables to/from the college staff
3) Receiving and distributing equipments and furniture among the college units and staff
4) Organizing the process of registration and dropping of custodies on/ from the staff members
5) Communicating with the university authorities regarding the stores, consumables and custodies
5.Supporting services unit; which is responsible for the following tasks:
1) Following up the college needs of technical works
2) Following up the college needs of maintenance work, cleaning and safety and security of the college building.
3) Coordinating with the university authorities regarding what has been mentioned above.
