U The deputy of the University, Dr. Moslam Bin Muhammad Aldosary opened the first-fruit of the training progamms of the Institute of Public Administration in association with the University. He delivered welcome speech for the trainees on such occasion including Mr. Sultan Alhoshan as he promised them to remove all the obstacles which are expected to face them. In addition, he motivated them to focus their compleley on the training programs. The Inauguration was attended by Dr. Saad Bin Zaar Alqahtani, the supervisor on the General administration for planning and management development, Mr. Muhammad Bin Mohsen Almodas, the director of the General administration for planning and management development, the official in charge with training, Mr. Ibrahaim Alaman, and Mr. Naif Alessa, the administrative coordinator. The training program was entitled as " The Administrative Creativity.''
