SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH WEEK HELD AT COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND HUMANITIES IN REMAH

A research week was organized by the Scientific Research Unit at the College of Science and Humanities in Remah, in the presence of Dr. Bander Al-Yahya and Dr. Salah Al-Farwan, vice-rectors for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research. 

A number of workshops were conducted on the first day related to humanities. Dr. Hanan Ismael presented a workshop titled ‘ Procedures of publishing a research’ followed by a workshop for Dr. Duha Shahadah on the motives, stages and impacts of research on communities. 
 
On the second day, a workshop on the significance of research and up-to-date topics was presented by Dr. Salah Al-Farwan and Dr. Najeeb Dawrani.
 
The dean of College of Science and Humanities, Dr. Bander Al-Yahya delivered a lecture titled ‘Promotion requirements for faculty members’. 
 
A series of workshops on the Saudi Digital Library was the main theme on the fourth day, presented by Dr. Atef Al-Bari, Mr. Kamal Al-Soufi and Sawsan Belqasim.
 
On the last day, a detailed explanation was given by Dr. Hamid Ahmed and Mr. Ali Khatir about the research groups launched by the Deanship of Scientific Research.
 
Dr. Nasir Al-Zaydein, head of Scientific Research Unit, expressed his thanks to the Vice-Rector’s Office for holding such events.
