An initiative was launched by MU in collaboration with the Ministry of Education to develop the system of safety and occupational health in compliance with the standards of (OHSAS18001).
Presented by Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari, vice-rector and Dr. Majed Al-Harbi, supervisor of safety department, the agenda and primary stages of executing the initiative was presented by Mr. Abdelelah Al-Mutairi, supervisor of the initiative.
Dr. Al-Dosari has stated that the initiative should meet the real need of the ministry. The initiative comes within the framework of the memorandum signed with the ministry to mutually share expertise in different fields including but not limited to security and safety, added Dr. Al-Dosari
Dr. Al-Harbi expressed his gratitude with the considerable success of the university in many fields although it is relatively a new established university.
