The 7th consultative meeting was headed by the Director-General of the Directorate in the presence of the directors of administrations. The meeting, which was held on Tuesday 25/11/1439 AH at the meeting hall, addressed several topics including the following :
- Reviewing the distribution of the employees to the administrations.
- Reviewing, discussing and adopting the Quality Model.
- Dividing tasks and secondments as well as overtime according to the administrations quality reports.

The 6th consultative meeting was headed by the Director-General of the Directorate in the presence of the directors of administrations. The meeting, which was held on Tuesday 22/8/1439 AH at the meeting hall, addressed several topics including the following :
- Discussing circular No. 3/53/88 regarding inventory and delivery procedures of headquarters.
- Discussing circular No. 16/50211 issued by the Deanship of Faculty Affairs on the fact that some departments deducted from employees’ salaries.

انطلاقاً من المبادرات المميزة التي دأبت عليها الإدارة العامة للخدمات بالجامعة أطلقت مؤخراً مبادرة تحت مسمى  أصدقاء الخدمات  وتعنى بالإتصال المباشر بأولياء الأمور لتبادل الزيارات للاطلاع على ما تقدمه الجامعة من خلال الإدارة العامة للخدمات من أنظمة ووحدات تعنى بشمولية رفع السلامة لطلبة الجامعة ، حيث قام عدد من أولياء الأمور بزيارة لهذه المبادرة واطلعوا من خلالها على وحدة متابعة التقلبات الجوية  مناخي  و  الوحدة الرقمية آمن  ونادي سالك التوعوي ومنصة إدارة المخاطر وعدد من الأنظمة منها نظام النقل الجامعي ، هذا وقد أعرب الزائرون عن ما سرهم من العمل المميز التي تنهجه
