Under the patronage of His Highness the Rector, Dr. Khalid Bin Sa’ad Al-Mogren and with the presence of a number of Colleges and Deanships Deans, Directors of Administrations, faculty members and students with their guardians, College of Engineering organized the 4th closing ceremony of activities for 1432-1433. The ceremony was initiated by a recitation of the Holly Qur’an recited by the student Khalid Al-Elayyan followed by a speech on behalf of students delivered by Bandar Aqqab where he extended his colleagues thanks and appreciations to His Highness the Rector for his presence and continues support of facilities and environment that enabled them to upgrade their knowledge. After that, a visual presentation was given by the student, Abdelhadi Barakah about the activities and functions which were conducted as well as the achievements of the college during this year. Then, a group of preparatory year students acted a scene in English which won admirations of audience. The ceremony also included an operetta about the kingdom which also won the admirations of the audience for its great and meaningful lyrics and well performance. By the end of the operetta, one of the students, Khalid Al-Oteibi conducted an interview with His Highness the Rector where he asked a number of questions pertinent to the achievements of the University and the expectations of His Highness for the future of the University. Finally, His Highness the Rector awarded distinguished students in the College and extended his thanks to the Saudi British Center for its patronage of this ceremony. The ceremony was concluded by a photo sessions in conjunction with this function.
