1. Description of courses according to the approved form

Procedure detail

The concerned member reviews the descriptions of the various courses and updates them based on the forms of the National Authority for Academic Accreditation, in cooperation with the subject coordinators

2. Connecting groups with lecturers and academic advisors

Procedure details:

1. The study timetables for each course are prepared by the unit and after it is approved by the concerned department.

2. The course coordinator submits a request for the numbers and specializations of the professors needed to teach the course to the supervisor of the relevant department

3. The relevant department supervisors decide which members will be involved in teaching

After identifying the members, the admission and registration coordinator at the Deanship coordinates directly with the course coordinator and faculty members under the supervision of the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs or his representative to link the lecturers and academic advisors through the university’s electronic system

Adding the main timetables into the system

Procedure details:

1. The Admission and Registration Department is provided with study timetables after being approved by the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs

2. The study timetables are added by the Admission and Registration Coordinator at the Deanship, making sure that there are no clashes

4. Dealing with students' complaints about their study timetables

Procedure details

If a student wishes to file a complaint against his academic schedule timetable, he must do the following:

1) He/she should see his academic advisor and explain the problem and convince him/her

2) Go to the Student Services link and submit the application along with the opinion of the academic advisor. The matter will be dealt with as soon as possible, or visit the Student Affairs Department and submit a written complaint

3) Student affairs, in cooperation with the academic advisor, unit head, and the vice dean of the college will deal with the problem

4) In a special case, the vice-dean may contact the Deanship of Admission and Registration
