The Registration and Student Services Unit (RSSU) is associated with the Vice-Dean’s Office for Student Affairs and is mainly responsible of meeting students’ needs and providing them with a wide range of services such as registration, issuance of university ID, stipend card, transportation, travel, loan, photocopy, book sale, disclaimer etc. Such services are provided in the best possible ways to ensure a conducive environment is created and obstacles are overcome.
Since day one, I have been concerned about ideas and suggestions provided by students to develop the unit which was basically founded to serve them. With that in mind, a cooperative work approach was adopted to distribute responsibilities and tasks and to work as a one team.
